I can’t believe it’s been almost 3 months since Noelle and Erik’s wedding. I’ll never forget that day – or week! Little did we all know that we were heading into a lockdown everything was coming to a halt. Noelle and Erik’s March wedding was gearing up to be my last wedding of the season. It was gut wrenching as events unfolded that week, going into a lockdown and knowing that your client’s guest list has been cut down from 130 people, to 50 and then 10 – all within the same week!!!
I truly felt for them…as for many this is a day that many dream about for years or even a whole life for some. Even though it wasn’t exactly as planned their wedding still turned out perfect with their loved ones by their sides.
I was happy that I was still able to pull through with all her other vendors to be there and still make it a magical time for them all. I really loved her classically romantic hair and perfectly airbrushed makeup that was fit for the setting. Plus, she had an amazing photographer and planner that not only really came through and helped in such an incredible time, but also was able to capture such amazing images!
This post is long overdue and for the longest I’ve continued to put it off because I’ve been an emotional mess for a good amount of time. I can’t wait any longer because I want to share that even in the middle of what feels like a series of traumatic events – love always conquers all and that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
